Pääkaupunkiseudulla suureen suosioon nousseella Poetry Jam -klubilla on tiedossa torstaina 14.3. Cafe Mascotissa (Neljäs linja 2, 00530 Helsinki) jälleen säkenöivä kattaus kunnianhimoista sanataidetta. Tapahtuman lavarunousantia edustavat veteraanirunoilija Tapani Kinnunen ja valovoimainen poeetta Sinikka Vuola. Lisäksi esiintymään saapuu joukko Suomi-hiphopin kirkkaimpia tähtiä, kun lavalle nousevat Super Janne, Lossi Turunen sekä dynaaminen duo Dxxxa D & Hzzzt. Illan levymusiikista vastaa ihanainen dj Marry me. Ohjelma alkaa klo 19.
Klubi-illassa järjestetään myös tuttuun tapaan open mic -osio, jonka aikana yleisö voi esittää omia runojaan. Tilaisuuden juontaa Helsinki Poetry Connectionin perustaja Harri Hertell. Tapahtumaan on vapaa pääsy. Tervetuloa!

The stage poetry extravaganza and household name that is the Helsinki Poetry Jam club is once again poised to sate the appetites of the culture-hungry on 14 Mar at Café Mascot (Neljäs linja 2, 00530). This third Jam of the year features a mind-boggling lineup of wordsmiths, from esteemed poets Tapani Kinnunen and Sinikka Vuola to the all-star Finnish hip hop representation of Super Janne, Lossi Turunen and the terrible two, Dxxxa D & Hzzzt. The lovely dj Marry Me makes sure that our senses are being caressed during the intervals. The announced program begins at 7pm.
As per usual, the Poetry Jam will also feature an open mic segment during which anybody who so wishes can perform their own material for all to hear! The event will be hosted by poet and HPC founder Harri Hertell, and is free of charge. Welcome one, welcome all!
The Poetry Jam stage poetry club is organized by Nuoren Voiman Liitto and the Helsinki Poetry Connection, and is backed by the City of Helsinki Cultural Office.
